Welcome to my blog!

I'm supposed to write something about myself here...which I'm not good at! I'm Diane, a lifestyle portrait photographer in the Palmyra, PA area. I first really got into photography so that I could stop taking my kids to the "box" studios for their images...and I wanted good action shots. As I started learning some of the basics of how to use my camera and the light around me, I really became intrigued...and here I am today, creating what I hope are images of a lifetime for my clients. Some of my favorite sessions are seniors and babies and I enjoy making people look good in intimate sessions as well (these are featured on a separate blog).

I didn’t quickly get hooked on the opportunity to confess on Mondays, assist the family in eating way too many cookies over the weekend, JUST get gifts wrapped today or sleep till noon! Not me! In my defense on the sleeping thing, I wasn’t up way too late keeping the fire going so the kids...

I didn’t forget to mail the Christmas cards that won’t go out until the day after Christmas. Not me. I also didn’t sit around the house all day and do absolutely nothing until about 20 minutes before the Husband got home. Not me.
Miss you. Hope to catch you soon. I know it’ll probably be after Christmas and Little Man’s birthday.
