Welcome to my blog!

I'm supposed to write something about myself here...which I'm not good at! I'm Diane, a lifestyle portrait photographer in the Palmyra, PA area. I first really got into photography so that I could stop taking my kids to the "box" studios for their images...and I wanted good action shots. As I started learning some of the basics of how to use my camera and the light around me, I really became intrigued...and here I am today, creating what I hope are images of a lifetime for my clients. Some of my favorite sessions are seniors and babies and I enjoy making people look good in intimate sessions as well (these are featured on a separate blog).

2008 in a Nutshell

Well, its been quite a year…lots of ups, a few downs, but its over already! I’m sitting here kind of wondering where the heck it actually went.
A year ago, Prince DoodleBunz was nursing. Today he’s not and oh BOY has he become independent. I’m wondering if by next New Years’ he’ll be using the potty...

When do your holidays start?

Distressed….

In the last several days I heard of some new legislation….which holds both good and bad news. If you recall, some time ago there were lead-tainted toys imported to the U.S. This prompted the new legislation, which is designed to keep our children safer.
