Happenings at DB Impressions bio picture
  • Welcome to my blog!

I'm supposed to write something about myself here...which I'm not good at! I'm Diane, a lifestyle portrait photographer in the Palmyra, PA area. I first really got into photography so that I could stop taking my kids to the "box" studios for their images...and I wanted good action shots. As I started learning some of the basics of how to use my camera and the light around me, I really became intrigued...and here I am today, creating what I hope are images of a lifetime for my clients. Some of my favorite sessions are seniors and babies and I enjoy making people look good in intimate sessions as well (these are featured on a separate blog).

I thought it was a great reminder of all the points about nursing….including my favorite…the bond. I didn’t used to be so adamant about nursing…didn’t for very long with my...

Veteran’s Day

I actually had this marked in my calendar so that I wouldn’t forget. Why, you ask? My grandfather was a WWII vet, and very dear to me, even when he drove me bonkers (which was regularly). At the risk of getting back on my soapbox, I’ll ask why Veteran’s Day mean to you? Is it...

Voting Day

So many people feel as though their vote won’t count today. In the case of equipment malfunction, that’s the case. I can’t think of any other case where it would be true that the person’s vote doesn’t count. Remember the past couple of elections where it came down to literally a few thousand votes…what if...
